Portmore Empire leader Vybz Kartel is the biggest gainer on the Reggae Specialty charts as the runaway hit, Clarks, featuring Popcaan and Gaza Slim blasted its way to #2, bested only by Gyptian's breakthrough hit, Hold Yu, which has held the pole position for the past four weeks.
